Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

• Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt by the customer.
• Unopened products returned in original, sealed packaging will receive a 100% credit. Minus shipping charges
• Opened products or any damaged products or products with seals broken will receive a 50% credit, up to a maximum of 1 open bottle per product Sku #
• We are unable to refund any shipping costs, unless due to our error.
• All returns must include your packing slip.
• Re-package the items well and purchase insurance or Delivery Confirmation service. As we are not be able to honor credits for packages not received or merchandise that comes back damaged.
• Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. Refunds are made to the credit card or other payment method used to place the order.

We do our very best to provide you cancellation of a order already placed. We only authorize your card at the time of ordering and do not charge your card until the order is actually shipped, so please remember that if this should happen and the order has shipped and has been charged that the shipping and return charge can not be refunded.
