Peppermint (Mentha x piperita), first cultivated in England in the 1750?s, quickly gained world popularity due to its unique, refreshing flavor and invigorating effects. It was also noted to have properties that lead to its traditional use as a brewed tea that provides soothing digestive support.*

PREPARATION: Place one tea bag in a cup and add 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 8 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: We recommend 3 cups daily, preferably after meals.
